Search and Seizure — probation searches

Derrique Brown appeals from a judgment convicting him on his no contest plea of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver. On appeal, he challenges the circuit court’s refusal to suppress the drugs found during what he alleges was an unreasonable probationary or supervision search. We conclude that the search was reasonable and lawful, and we affirm the circuit court. This opinion will not be published.
