Criminal procedure — ineffective assistance

Mark W. Sterling, pro se, appeals the orders denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2011-12) motion for postconviction relief. Sterling argues that his postconviction counsel performed deficiently by not alleging trial counsel ineffectiveness on numerous bases. We reject his arguments and affirm the orders. This opinion will not be published.
