Civil Procedure – dismissal — failure to prosecute

Nakeita V. Montgomery Shaw, pro se, appeals the circuit court’s order denying her motion to reopen an order dismissing her action for want of prosecution. See Wis. Stat. § 806.07 (2011-12). The issue is whether the circuit court properly exercised its discretion in denying the motion to reopen. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
