Insurance — statute of limitations

Tom and Betty Rotering appeal a judgment dismissing their insurance coverage action because the one-year statute of limitations expired prior to filing. The Roterings argue their insurance policy provided for a two-year limitations period. We agree, and reverse. This opinion will not be published.
