Torts – negligence — summary judgment

Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc. and Milwaukee County (collectively “Milwaukee Transport,” unless otherwise noted) appeal from a non-final order of the circuit court, denying their motion for summary judgment. The appeal requires that we determine whether there exists a material issue of fact regarding whether a Milwaukee Transport employee used two straps to secure Luvenia Williams’s scooter in a county bus. Having reviewed the record, we conclude that a material question of fact does exist. As such, we affirm the circuit court’s order and remand for trial. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
