Torts – misrepresentation — negligence

C&M Hardware, LLC, Michael Koltz, Wendy Koltz, Cornelius Roemaat, and Lynn Roemaat (collectively, C&M) appeal an order of the circuit court dismissing on summary judgment their claims against True Value Company for strict responsibility misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, and negligence. For the reasons set forth in the following paragraphs, we affirm the circuit court in part and reverse in part. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
