Bennie Berry appeals a judgment of conviction and an order denying postconviction relief. Berry contends that: (1) he established a fair and just reason to withdraw his plea prior to sentencing; and (2) his plea was not knowing, intelligent, and voluntary. We reject these contentions. Accordingly, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
