Sentencing — discretion

Jesse Grenier appeals from a judgment convicting him of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. We reject his claims that he was sentenced on inaccurate information or that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. We affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
