Luis Rocha-Mayo appeals from a judgment convicting him of first-degree reckless homicide by use of a dangerous weapon; homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle; first-degree reckless endangerment by use of a dangerous weapon; and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, causing the death of another person. He also appeals from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
