Criminal
Criminal Procedure — Miranda warnings — harmless error
Timothy Kosterman appeals a judgment convicting him of first-degree sexual assault, armed burglary and misdemeanor theft. We conclude that any Miranda violation that may have occurred was harmless because it is clear beyond a reasonable doubt that, absent the error, a rational jury would have found him guilty. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
