Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Brandon L. Felton appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon the trial court’s verdict, on one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery with the threat of force. Felton also appeals from an order denying without a hearing his postconviction motion, in which he alleged ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm the judgment and order. This opinion shall not be published.
