JUNEAU, Wis. (AP) — A Cambria man faces misdemeanor charges in a fatal mobile home fire.
Twenty-one-year-old Jose Hernandez is expected in Dodge County Circuit Court on Friday on eight charges, including criminal damage to property.
Authorities say 18-year-old Victor Aguilar-Bustamante died of carbon monoxide poisoning in the fire last weekend in the town of Calamus.
The Beaver Dam Daily Citizen reports a criminal complaint says Hernandez broke into the home, physically fought with the victim and used matches to search for his cell phone in the dark. It says he threw the matches on the floor when they burned out.
