Tax – assessment – condominium — individual parcels
In these consolidated appeals, Varin/Regal, LLC appeals a judgment dismissing its excessive assessment actions against the City of Kenosha. Varin contends that the circuit court erroneously entered judgment against it after it presented its cases in a trial to the court. We reject Varin’s argument and affirm the judgment. This opinion will not be published.
