Criminal Procedure — Miranda warnings

Keandre Frazier appeals a judgment of conviction. He challenges the denial of his pretrial suppression motion. Frazier contends that: (1) the police illegally searched and seized him; (2) the police failed to give required Miranda warnings before questioning him; and (3) his statements to police were involuntary. We disagree, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
