Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Matthew Scott appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Scott was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child by sexual contact. We affirm the circuit court’s refusal to permit Scott to withdraw his guilty plea. This opinion will not be published.
