Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Civil
Employment — breach of contract — emotional distress — reputational damages
Dr. Ezelagu E. Obasi, pro se, appeals from a judgment dismissing his breach of contract claim against the Milwaukee School of Engineering (“MSOE”). Obasi argues that prior to trial, the trial court erroneously granted partial summary judgment in MSOE’s favor after determining that Obasi was not covered by certain employee handbook provisions and that Obasi could not recover for emotional distress or damage to his professional reputation. Obasi also argues that the jury’s verdict was erroneous. We reject Obasi’s arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
