Criminal Procedure — new trials — ineffective assistance

Adam Youra appeals a judgment, entered after a court trial, convicting him of first-degree sexual assault of a child. Youra also appeals the order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Youra contends he is entitled to a new trial based on the ineffective assistance of his trial counsel. We reject Youra’s arguments and affirm the judgment and the order. This opinion will not be published.
