Property – Breach of contract – misrepresentation

Kenneth Holz appeals from a circuit court judgment, following a jury trial, dismissing his complaint against First Weber Realty. Holz contends that the circuit court erred in granting First Weber’s motions for dismissal and judgment notwithstanding the verdict. We reject Holz’s argument and affirm the judgment.
Affirmed.
