Property – foreclosure — summary judgment

Richard Burris appeals a foreclosure judgment. He argues that the circuit court erred by granting summary judgment because CitiMortgage’s summary judgment motion was late, there are disputed issues of material fact, and the summary judgment procedure is unconstitutional. We reject his arguments, and affirm the judgment. This opinion will not be published.
