Sexually Violent Persons — jury instructions — act of sexual violence
Lee Roy Ratzel, Jr., appeals from an order committing him to institutional care upon a jury’s verdict that he is a sexually violent person. He claims that the circuit court erroneously denied his request for a special jury instruction in the wake of an expert witness’s testimony. We reject his contention and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
