Evidence — other acts — harmless error

Andrew J. Wirth appeals a judgment of conviction entered on a jury’s verdict finding him guilty of two counts of homicide by negligent handling of a dangerous weapon and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. The issue presented is whether the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion in admitting other acts evidence. We need not reach this issue because we conclude that, assuming without deciding that the court erred, such error was harmless. Accordingly, we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
