Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

William Walter Speener, pro se, appeals from orders denying his postconviction motions. The issue is whether Speener’s arguments are barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 185, 517 N.W.2d 157, 164 (1994). We conclude that his arguments are barred. Therefore, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.

2012AP615 State v. Speener

Dist I, Milwaukee County, Dallet, J., Per Curiam
