Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Thomas F. Kafer appeals a judgment convicting him, after a jury trial, of first-degree sexual assault of a child—sexual contact with a person under thirteen; repeated first-degree sexual assault—same child; and child enticement—sexual contact. He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion alleging that the ineffective assistance of counsel denied him a fair trial. We reject his arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
