Motor Vehicles – OWI — sentencing

Richard L. Gray appeals from an amended judgment of conviction entered upon his guilty plea to one count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a fourth offense and with a minor child in the car.

He also appeals from an order denying in part his motion for postconviction relief. He asserts that the circuit court erroneously exercised its sentencing discretion. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
