Torts — emotional distress — sufficiency of the complaint

Tyler Wyand-Williams appeals an order dismissing his claims against St. Norbert College, Inc., Hartford Underwriters Insurance Company, Gary Grzesk, Kyle Brown, and Woodrow Wilson (collectively, the College). The circuit court concluded Wyand-Williams’ complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted because it contained only conclusory allegations and did not set forth a sufficient factual basis for Wyand-Williams’ claims. We agree, and therefore affirm. This opinion will not be published.
