Search and Seizure — probable cause

Allen E. Bland appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon his guilty plea to one count of possessing with intent to deliver more than ten grams but not more than fifty grams of heroin. He contends that the police arrested him without probable cause and that the circuit court therefore erred by failing to suppress the evidence found during the search incident to his arrest. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
