Criminal Procedure — right to remain silent

Adrean L. Smith appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon his guilty pleas, on three counts of armed robbery and one count of first-degree reckless injury with use of a dangerous weapon. Smith contends that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress incriminating statements he made while in custody. We affirm the judgment. This opinion shall not be published.
