Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Michael O’Brien appeals three judgments of conviction entered upon his no contest pleas. O’Brien argues he is entitled to withdraw his pleas because his trial attorney did not know he had been previously convicted of an alcohol-related offense that killed two people. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
