Judge, clown argue in court

A man dressed as a clown got into a heated exchange with a Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge Wednesday, according to WISN-TV.

Kenneth Kraucunas, who was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer in a scuffle with a Milwaukee police officer, got into an argument with Milwaukee County Judge Bonnie Gordon during Wednesday’s court appearance.

Judge Gordon, according to WISN, asked Kraucunas to change his clothes.

The following exchange took place, according to WISN’s website:

“I expect you to come back with proper attire. No, just listen to me,” Judge Gordon said.

“Give me a written order on that,” Kraucunas said. “I need to have a written order on that because I’m going to take that to my attorney.”

“Do not interrupt me,” Gordon said.

“You’re interrupting me. If you want, give me an order on that, please,” Kraucunas said.

“I find your conduct and your language to the court is disrespectful,” Gordon said.

Wednesday’s court hearing was rescheduled for March.
