Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Mitchell Graf appeals a judgment of conviction for two counts of misdemeanor battery, two counts of disorderly conduct, and one count of obstructing an officer. He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion for plea withdrawal. Graf argues the circuit court erred by denying his motion to withdraw his no contest pleas. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
