Sentencing — due process — accurate information

Redell Allen appeals a judgment of conviction and sentence after revocation of probation, as well as an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Allen argues on appeal that the circuit court violated his due process rights by sentencing him based upon inaccurate information regarding his use of drugs and alcohol, his relationships with women, and his relationship with his family. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
