Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Eugene Crisler appeals a criminal judgment of conviction and an order denying his postconviction motion for a new trial. He contends that trial counsel provided ineffective assistance in several respects. We reject each of Crisler’s claims, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
