Employment — mandatory arbitration

Menard Inc. appeals an order denying its motion to compel arbitration of Jeffrey Engedal’s wrongful discharge and breach of contract claims. The circuit court concluded the arbitration provision in Engedal’s employment agreement was unconscionable and, therefore, unenforceable.

We conclude the arbitration provision is not procedurally unconscionable. We therefore reverse. This opinion will not be published.
