Criminal Procedure — new trials — ineffective assistance

Darryl Allen Flynn appeals orders denying his motions for postconviction relief. See Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10). Flynn argues that: (1) he is entitled to a new trial based on newly discovered evidence; (2) he received ineffective assistance of postconviction counsel; and (3) he is entitled to a new trial in the interest of justice. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
