Insurance — duty to defend

Penske Truck Leasing Company, L.P., appeals a judgment of the circuit court dismissing General Casualty from any liability for any claims asserted against Penske by Frank and Nicole Ritter based on the court’s determination on summary judgment that General Casualty did not have an obligation to defend Penske against the Ritters’ complaint. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
