Frank Daily, a retired senior partner in the Quarles & Brady’s Milwaukee office, was appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to serve a three-year term on the Wisconsin Judicial Commission.

Daily is a retired senior partner of the firm’s Product Liability, Toxic Tort and Personal Injury Litigation Practice Group. He has specialized in the trial of major product liability cases and has represented numerous manufacturers on a regional and national basis. He earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School.

• Lisa Holahan, Louis Kaiser and Michael Kaiser announced the formation of a new law firm, Kaiser Holahan LLC, with offices at 138 N. Ave. in Hartland. The father/son team has practiced at this location as Kaiser Law Offices for nine years. Holahan now joins them, bringing 15 years of experience in Family Law.

Louis Kaiser has provided professional services for more than 40 years in Hartland and southeast Wisconsin in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Family Law, Small Business and Tax. He earned his law degree from Baylor University.

Michael Kaiser joined his father in 2004, with his practice including Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Family Law, Guardianship, Adoption and Juvenile Court matters. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Holahan has practiced in southeast Wisconsin for more than 15 years, focusing exclusively on Family Law matters, including divorce, legal separation, termination of parental rights, adoption, and post-judgment placement, custody and child support issues. She earned her law degree from Valparaiso University.

• Gregory Mager, a shareholder with O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing SC, was granted Fellowship in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He earned his law degree from Marquette University.

• Rebecca Roeker has become senior counsel at Davis & Kuelthau SC, Milwaukee. She joined Davis & Kuelthau nearly seven years ago and is now with the firm’s Brookfield office. Her practice includes real estate, land use, commercial finance, and municipal law. She earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School.

• Quarles & Brady LLP announced that the firm and the Fellowship Open were awarded the 2012 Community Service Award from the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office.

The Community Service Award recognized the Fellowship Open’s 2012 pledge for financial support of the MCSO’s signature “Shop with a Cop” program. Quarles & Brady chairman and Fellowship Open honorary committee chairman, John Daniels Jr. accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
