Employment — workers compensation — independent contractors

Nikola Petrovic appeals from a circuit court order affirming a decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) that denied him worker’s compensation benefits. LIRC, affirming the decision of an administrative law judge, concluded that Petrovic was an independent contractor and not an employee of DBG Express Trucking, LLC (DBG Trucking), when he sustained a work-related injury. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
