Sexually Violent Persons — new trials
Scott R. Schmidt appeals from a judgment committing him as a sexually violent person under Wis. Stat. ch. 980 (2009-10) and an order denying his motion for postcommitment relief. Schmidt contends that he is entitled to a new trial in the interest of justice because the real controversy was not fully tried. We reject Schmidt’s claim and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
