Criminal Procedure — new trials — newly-discovered evidence

Roland Price, pro se, appeals from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10). Some of his claims are barred for failure to offer a sufficient reason for serial litigation, others are precluded as previously litigated, and his claim of newly-discovered evidence is unsupported. We affirm.
