Criminal Procedure — postconviction DNA testing

Ouati K. Ali appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction DNA testing, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 974.07 (2009-10), and his motion for postconviction relief, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 974.06, based upon ineffective assistance of trial and appellate counsel. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
