Motor Vehicles – OWI – BAC — sufficiency of the evidence

Anastasia G. Christenson appeals from judgments of conviction finding her guilty after a court trial of first-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC). She contends the trial court erred in denying her motion to suppress the result of a preliminary breath test (PBT) administered to her and blood test results derived from it; in admitting the blood test results at trial, despite the County’s failure to prove it had followed statutory procedures for drawing her blood; and in concluding the County met its burden of establishing at trial that the blood test results were accurate and reliable. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
