Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Civil
Civil Procedure — leave to amend pleadings
Alan Delsart appeals an order granting Honeywell International, Inc.’s motion to reconsider. That order disposed of the entire matter in litigation by reversing an earlier order granting Delsart’s motions for leave to amend his complaint and to reconsider a summary judgment order, which had originally disposed of the entire matter. Delsart contends the court erroneously granted the second motion to reconsider. We conclude the circuit court properly exercised its discretion in granting the second reconsideration motion, and therefore affirm. This opinion will not be published.
