Forgery — sufficiency of the complaint

The State appeals a judgment dismissing the special prosecutor’s second criminal complaint against Amiee L. Kizior. None of the reasons the circuit court gave for dismissing the complaint withstand appellate scrutiny. We therefore reverse. This opinion will not be published.
