Family – maintenance – modification — substantial change in circumstances
Kurt Theis appeals a postdivorce order modifying maintenance. Kurt argues the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion by finding a substantial change of circumstances based upon a reduction of child support following a change of physical placement. We agree and reverse. This opinion will not be published.
