Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Scott R. Shallcross appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon his guilty pleas to two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. He also appeals from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Shallcross claims that he is entitled to withdraw his guilty pleas because his trial counsel was ineffective. We conclude that the circuit court properly denied his claims without a hearing, and we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
