Criminal Procedure — new trials — newly-discovered evidence

Dwight D. Campbell appeals an order denying his motion seeking a new trial under Wis. Stat. § 974.06. He contends that he has newly-discovered evidence. He also contends that he should be granted a new trial in the interest of justice. We reject his contentions and affirm the order denying postconviction relief. This opinion will not be published.
