Tax – property taxes – appeal — timeliness

Warren Slocum, pro se, appeals an order dismissing his appeal of a property tax assessment. Slocum argues the circuit court erred by dismissing the action as untimely. Slocum also intimates the circuit court was biased against him. We reject these arguments and affirm the order. This opinion will not be published.
