Sexually Violent Persons — discharge hearings

Kenneth Roberts appeals an order denying his petition for discharge from commitment under Wis. Stat. ch. 980 (2009-10). Roberts contends that the circuit court erred in denying his petition without holding a full discharge hearing under Wis. Stat. § 980.09(2) and (3). We conclude that the court did not err in denying the petition without holding the full hearing. Accordingly we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
