Sexually Violent Persons — discharge hearings

Kevin Gaetz appeals an order denying Gaetz’s petition for discharge from commitment under Wis. Stat. ch. 980 (2009-10). Gaetz contends that the circuit court erred by denying his petition without holding a full discharge hearing under Wis. Stat. §§ 980.09(2) and (3). We conclude that the circuit court properly denied the discharge petition. Accordingly, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
