NGI — conditional release
Graham Stowe appeals an order denying his petition for conditional release from his Wis. Stat. § 971.17 commitment. Stowe argues the circuit court erroneously placed the burden of proof on Stowe when it denied conditional release based solely on Stowe’s failure to present a release plan. We reject Stowe’s arguments and affirm the order.
